Susannah Luthi covers tech influence on Sacramento’s politics. She previously reported for POLITICO in D.C., where she wrote about health care industry lobbying in Congress as well as health care litigation in federal courts.

She hails from a small town on California’s central coast and although she’s lived many places this state of ocean and mountains will always be home. She majored in Classics at Hillsdale College – and yes, still sometimes reads Latin – and enjoys life with her bon vivant cat Archie Leach.
